    Customer service is the cornerstone of Bliss with our Account and Project Managers at the heart of our customer service. This fast-paced position requires a skill set that includes time management, multitasking and attention to detail. Account and Project Managers work with clients and internal personnel to successfully manage jobs from inception to launch.

  • Business Development

    Bliss looks to build lasting relationships with organizations nationwide and that is where Business Development comes in. Whether attending trade shows, cold calling prospects or producing marketing materials, the Business Development team makes the connections that lead to loyal partnerships. Once a client comes on board, Business Development stays involved to provide strategic guidance and analysis.

  • Data Processing

    If Account & Project Management are the heart of Bliss, Data Processing is the brains! To be successful as a Data Processing team member, it requires a skill set that includes attention to fine details, problem solving and general computer skills.

  • Senior Full Stack Developer

    Developers with Bliss play a key role in the design, installation, testing and maintenance of software systems. Bliss plans to expand our web to print solutions so the programs created help businesses be more efficient and provide a better service. Preferred but not required: Developers with knowledge of Adobe InDesign, HTML 5, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, XML and 3rd party API Integration, MySQL and other similar programming languages.

  • Digital Press Operator

    Since 2006, Bliss has been on the cutting edge by offering digital print solutions. This state-of-the-art equipment allows Bliss to provide high quality, customized, full color print pieces for our clients, ranging from personalized letter packages to postcards to tabbed newsletters. Our Digital Press Operators need a keen eye to spot imperfections.

  • Graphic Communications

    All our print and electronic communications begin with prepress and layout using the Adobe CS product suite. The Bliss Graphic Communications team works with internal layout templates as well as customer files, preparing them for litho, digital and online applications. Graphics communications specialists must be detail oriented and have the ability to work within strict timelines. Preferred but not required: knowledge of HTML and social media.

  • Mail Center

    The Mail Center is the pulse of Bliss, responsible for guiding each of our client’s important print jobs through each step to their final destination. Mail Center responsibilities can be physically demanding. Jobs include folding, trimming, bindery, ink-jetting, inserting and more. Preferred but not required: Mechanical abilities for trouble-shooting equipment.
