      Strategic Planning Session (SPS)
      Bliss' first step in the assessment and understanding of your organization's unique efforts and needs as they relate to your donor and fundraising goals. The SPS is a teleconference between key decision makers within your organization's leadership and key members of the Bliss sales and account management team.

      Critical Pathway
      The pathway brings structure to the plan that has been created to meet the needs and goals identified in the SPS. Bliss knows every organization is unique, that is why we work within the Critical Pathway to meet the specific needs or goals of that organization.

      New Client Production Interview/Pre-Appeal Planning
      Prior to your first direct marketing appeal you will meet with your Account Manager and your Sales Representative to discuss your accountand finalize the details of your first appeal.

      Creative and Copy
      Experienced in-house graphics and Account Managers with years of experience in direct mail, ensure your message will get the attention it deserves. Bliss copywriters will also be routinely utilized for special requests, priority appeals or simply to craft a new donor letter for use in a regular mailing.

      List Management and Analysis
      Clean lists and the audience you mail to is a critical step in achieving continual improvement in your direct marketing results. Our Data Professionals ensure your lists are clean and they work closely with your Account Manager to ensure any desired adjustments to audience are made accurately and in a timely manner.
