Account Management people play a large role in making sure customers have exactly what they need. They are empowered to make decisions and have a tremendous opportunity to advance their career because we are growing so quickly. Great attention to detail and a "big picture" thought process must be evident in any one who becomes an Account Manager or Account Manager Assistant at Bliss Direct Media. Because we give our people a tremendous amount of responsibility and decision making authority, we require any new customer service people to be multi-faceted, with a willingness to help in many areas.
